Before you get in front of the lens...

...Let me tell you about the girl behind it

I am a photographer, animal lover, and equestrian. I grew up riding and showing pintos and half-Arabian horses. When I was lucky enough to have an ipod touch at the age of 12, I immediately took to photographing everything with it. My passion for documenting and capturing the beauty around me has only increased since then. It is such a privilege to be able to share what I see through my eyes and give to others what I see through my lens.

More About me
I have been described as a "garden variety horse girl", which I take as a compliment and interpret as being down to earth, soft, kind, and of course, a lover of animals.

Art and Animals

Animals have forever held a place in my heart, and personally, I don't know where I would be today if it weren't for their huge presence in my life. We have the opportunity to learn so much from our four legged friends, most especially from horses and dogs, and they often teach us just as much as people do. They have shown me how to be patient, how to love without words, how to work as a team. They are examples of what unconditional love looks like. Along with my deep love for animals, I have forever been drawn to art of all sorts of mediums. From pencil sketches to painting, watching a piece of artwork come to life off the paper always feels like a miracle to me. And surprise - horses have often been the subject of my work!

I am beyond blessed to live the life that I do, which has allowed me to always have room for animals, art, learning, and expression. Fostering the gift of connecting with animals and people, and portraying the beauty of them all through photographs, has absolutely changed my life. It is such a joy to share that with you!
